Activating Device

New Customers
For all new customers you must have all of the following items before activating:

  • A Eagle Track device (with the four digit Unit ID).
  • A valid email address (this will be where you receive certain notifications and alerts).
  • have purchased an Airtime Service Plan with the activation fee paid, plus the email stating your 9 digit “Activation Key”.
Step 1 – Go on www.EagletrackGPS.com , and select the Activate link located in the top right of the page. Fill in your Account Details , including your full name, email, password, confirm password, 10 digit phone number (must be a cellular phone if you would like to receive SMS text alerts), street address, city, state and postal zip code.
Step 2 – Activate Unit/Buy a Plan , select the “I have my unit & activation key and I want to activate now.” Select the “Create Account ” button at the bottom of the page. A new page will open stating your activation is complete and it also has a link to proceed to the Login page. If the activation is successful, you will also receive an email stating your activation was completed.
Existing Customers Adding a New Unit
For all existing customers adding an additional unit to their existing account; you must have all of the following items before activating:

  • A Eagle Track device (with the four digit Unit ID).
  • The existing email address and password that is already saved to your account profile.
  • Have purchased an Airtime Service Plan with the activation fee paid, plus the email stating your 9 digit “Activation Key”.
Existing customers must Login to the current account as normal, and select the Settings tab located in the upper right corner of the page. Select Unit Management under the settings column, and select the Activate New Unit button. Type in your new Unit Serial number (4 digit Unit ID), and the 9 digit Activation Key in the boxes provided. Select the Activate button to activate your new unit.
